As early as possible — especially during peak season (January–April). Booking early gives us time to review everything thoroughly and avoids the last-minute rush.
Form 1040 & Ohio IT 1040 due April 15, 2027 | Extension deadline October 15, 2027 | Estimated payments: January 15, 2027 (4th qtr 2026); April 15, June 15, and September 15, 2027.
W-2s and 1099-NEC due February 1, 2027 | Partnerships (1065) & S-Corps (1120-S) due March 15, 2027; extended September 15, 2027 | Sole proprietors (Schedule C) follow individual deadlines.
We can file an extension for you, which gives you extra time to file — but it does not extend the time to pay any taxes you owe. We'll help you estimate and pay on time to avoid penalties.
Most returns are completed within a few business days once we have all your documents and information. Complex returns or resolution cases may take longer — we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Let's tackle your taxes together.
